Shangrao Coach passed the special inspection of the "5511" major technology project

Recently, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology organized an expert group composed of well-known new energy automobile industry experts and financial experts in the province to hold a project acceptance review meeting for Jiangxi B-energy Shangrao Bus Co., Ltd., and undertook a major scientific and technological project for the "5511" project in Jiangxi Province. The project "Development of lithium batteries for electric buses and integrated control of power systems and their industrialization" carried out special acceptance.

The expert team has made on-site inspections of Jiangxi B-energy Shangrao Bus Co., Ltd. ’s new energy bus intelligent production line, test and verification center, and electronic laboratory and other facilities and scenes. They have listened to the project implementation work report, technical report and financial report in detail. After the relevant information was obtained, the expert group believed that the project completed the various tasks of the contract and agreed to pass the acceptance.  At the same time, the expert group recommended that further increase the continuous development and industrialization of the project's technological achievements, and strive to obtain greater social and economic value in the industry.

It is understood that the project was initiated in early 2017. Led by Jiangxi B-energy Shangrao Bus Co., Ltd., in conjunction with Tsinghua University and Jiangxi Xianchi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., it formed a new energy bus core technology and industrialization alliance to develop phosphoric acid with independent intellectual property rights. New energy bus products with iron-lithium power battery technology, high-reliability electromechanical coupling power assembly configuration technology, and vehicle multi-component matching integration technology, building a new energy bus core technology joint research and development platform, and building an intelligent production line. The goal is to create new Industry demonstration model for in-depth cooperation in upstream and downstream core industrial chains of energy commercial vehicles and industry-university-research cooperation.

The project focuses on the integration of high-energy-density battery systems and electromechanical coupling drive control systems, and conducts integrated research at four levels: core components, core systems, vehicle development, and vehicle inspection; from overcharge prevention, overdischarge, and overcharge prevention. Various approaches such as flow and overheating are used to solve the safety problem of power lithium battery module use; a dynamic management design scheme for power lithium battery modules is proposed, and a series of power assembly structures with high safety, high efficiency, high reliability, and comprehensive performance optimization are established Type, which can greatly improve the technical capabilities of electric buses and the competitiveness of the product market.

In addition to being widely used in B-energy Shangrao's new energy commercial vehicle models, the project results have also been supplied to FAW, Changan, Dongfeng and other large state-owned automobile companies in large quantities. According to statistics from China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association, the alliance unit Anchi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ranked 19th in the industry in terms of installed capacity of lithium-ion power batteries in 2019, ranked 6th in the lithium iron phosphate power battery industry, and lithium iron phosphate power in the province. Battery sales ranked first. At the same time, products with higher technical indicators will also be widely introduced to the market in 2020.

It is reported that in order to increase the continuous development and industrialization investment in the technological achievements of the project, Jiangxi B-energy Shangrao Bus Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Xichi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. invested in the construction of 20,000 new energy buses for industrialization projects. Both the project and the intelligent factory with an annual output of 400 million amperes of lithium iron phosphate power battery will also be put into use in 2020.
