Recently, the executive deputy general manager Xu chunjiang organized the process department to carry out a work forum in the second floor meeting room of Shangrao Coach old factory, it was mainly around the department work plan, staff self-growth and future development of the department and other issues. Chassis engineer Xia xiaozhang put forward the application of key parts of the torque value and torque tools, and introduced the progress of air quality project, Assembly engineer Huang Jinwang also introduced the leakage project progress, the supervisor in welding process FuYong introduced the welding process improvement projects and 2019 work plan, Prepare workshop engineer YouZhang qi talked about on a new idea on the plank material, looking for ways to improve the material utilization, reduce the cost. Other technologists have also reported in detail the work plan for 2019 and the expected effect in terms of the improvement of the working hour and auxiliary material quota accuracy, cost reduction of the whole vehicle, quality improvement plan, etc. In terms of the difficulties faced by the process department, such as the purchase of materials and the promotion of the project, Director wang attaches great importance to and gives full support. In addition, in terms of process data, Director Wang hoped that the project management of the process department can use data to speak and show the project effect. For the positioning of the process department, Mr.wang put forward: 1.
