GSO Officials Came to Shangrao Coach Factory for New Models Inspection

On February 28, 2019, the latest two models SR6125TS and SR61117THL of Shangrao Coach welcomed the final link of GCC certification procedure -- factory inspection. After the approval of GCC certification certificate, these two models will start to be delivered to customers in gulf countries.

On the same day, the certification review meeting was kicked off by the leaders of Shangrao Coach in the form of welcoming speech. Then we showed the quality system documents, vehicle test reports and other materials to GSO officials, and corrected the materials according to the requirements of GSO officials after the meeting.

Accompanied by the staff of the overseas business department, GSO officials conducted a comprehensive inspection on the chassis workshop, painting workshop, welding workshop, final assembly workshop, production process and testing equipment of the Shangrao Coach, and gave high comments.

GSO officials examined emphatically SR612TS model, from the vehicle safety, seat comfort, the integrity of the security identity, dashboard performance Settings, seat spacing, step size, baggage compartment space and nacelle pipeline arrangement one by one and put forward reasonable Suggestions to interior arrangement, namely add USB interface in the behind of the seat, meet the charging demand of passengers. After the static test, we tested the ABS braking system function according to the road test line customized in advance. The two officials not only expressed their satisfaction with the ABS braking test result, but also expressed their recognition of the effect of noise control.

GSO officials visited Anchi technology, Fangyuan charging equipment and Shangrao Coach new factory under B-energy group successively. During the visit, the two officials discussed the technological process of Anchi technology, as well as the production capacity of batteries and charging products. SR6125TS and SR61117THL, as new models of high-end tourism groups based on the global vision and facing the future, will successively complete the inspection of major global certification bodies, and lead Shangrao Coach to open a new era in the overseas market with the attitude of viewing the world and seeking the future.
